With 20+ years’ experience across heavy industry and corporate environments, Kyle supports organisations to navigate complex industrial relations, strengthen leader capability, and resolve workplace matters properly and fairly.
His background spans end-to-end IR strategy and casework, executive HR leadership, and national union and stakeholder management for well known Australian brands. The focus is consistent: calm, commercially minded advice and outcomes that are practical, compliant, and defensible.
Kyle’s work is known for translating tricky rules into clear actions - helping leaders move from “we’re not sure what we can do” to “here’s what we’re doing, and here’s why it stands up.”
